What Kind of Trouble Did He Have?

In an affadavit from the year 1832, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court finds "no judgement against" George Washington Wharton. Sounds like he had some problems but what where they?

Before the "troubles" George married Emmeline Davis Stout on December 03, 1829. This marriage produced seven children:

• Mary Clifton born June 03, 1831, died May 05, 1858
• Franklin born February 11, 1833, died April 07, 1846
• George Washington born June 27, 1835, m. Josephine Ormsby Page
• Robert Stout born November 02, 1837
• Elizabeth born April 13, 1840, died August 10, 1872
• Emmelene Barclay born June 01, 1842, m. September 07, 1865, George Ord McMullin (Capt. 3rd Calvalry USA served during the civil war ) one son George Wharton McMullin, born June 03, 1866
• Clifton Lewis born June 08, 1848, m. Letitia Irwin
